THANK YOU FOR ALL THAT CAME OUT TO OUR BBQ FUNDRAISER AND RAFFLE FOR THE FUENTES FAMILY IN DECEMBER!
As we told you, Jennifer Fuentes, the wife of Manuel, who works for WFFD was recently diagnosed with Colon Cancer and needs further treatment. Jennifer and Manuel have two beautiful girls and she is currently pregnant as a surrogate mother. They are a part of our Westview Fire Department Family and we wanted to do all we could to show our support for them!
On Christmas Eve we happily gave Manny, Jennifer and their girls over $6,500!
A big thank you goes out to Kaylee Hannigan, Caroline Rollins, Brittany Cole, Brianna Avants – all who are our firefighter wives who started this fundraiser. Many thanks to all the staff who cooked, put together the to-go boxes and helped set-up and take-down and everything else involved!
