Westview-Fairforest Fire Department had 2 of our Probationary Firefighters go through their crucible to become our newest WFFD Firefighters.
A-Shift Firefighters Matthew Lane and Caleb Sanchez passed their WFFD Crucible Testing, which is a physically demanding test each firefighter goes through to ensure you have what it takes to become a WFFD Firefighter. You need each of these skills on a fire scene and in some day to day operations, which can be challenging for a firefighter.
